Fraud and duped

Only 6 books delivered while I had paid for 18. There is no way to contact you guys. Emails and BOTs yield no response. Someone responded on Instagram messenger but then no further update. I have shared the screenshot of the package clearly depicting names of the 6 books sent. And despite all this, I keep getting messages saying order delivered.
