Cancellation Policy

You can request for order cancellation for orders which haven't shipped by asking the store owner to place a cancel request on your behalf by sending a mail at help@elocalshops.com or using live chat option given on website.

Note: 50% of order value is charged as cancellation fee on cancelling prepaid orders.

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping. Once order is shipped you can refuse to accept the orders at point of delivery for order cancellation.
